Yes, Nooriva Light accepts exchanges for defective products when replacement stock is available.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar replacement or store credit.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the issue is verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
